Impact Evaluation
Policy Analysis
We provide research and technical assistance to policymakers and other relevant stakeholders at the national, state, and local levels to inform policy debates. This includes estimating the scale of the impacted population, estimating the costs and benefits of proposed programs (including start-up and administrative costs), evaluating the impact of the loss of funding to federal and state programs, and testifying before legislative bodies on the findings of our research.
